To produce medical graduates with strong foundations in community medicine who are competent, dignified, and inspired by Islamic values, dedicated to serving humanity for the benefit of the people, the nation, and the state—toward becoming a World Class University.

The objectives derived from the mission are the achievement of outcomes in the implementation and/or development of: faculty governance reform based on the principles of good governance; a high-quality medical education program characterized by Islamic values; high-standard medical research published at both national and international levels; and community service programs in the health sector aimed at improving public health while fulfilling the faculty’s dakwah (Islamic outreach) function.

Additionally, the faculty fosters national and international collaborations related to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and the development of organizational and program management to accelerate the attainment of the Study Program’s Vision, Mission, and Goals.

In the implementation of institutional and academic activities, all members of the academic community are bound by the organizational culture of IHSANIslami (Islamic), Humanis (Humanistic), Santun (Courteous), Amanah (Trustworthy), and Natural.

The operational foundation for achieving the vision and mission lies in the implementation of strategies that serve as the master plan for attaining strategic goals. These goals encompass key areas such as education, research, community service, governance, human resources (including lecturers, students, alumni, and administrative staff), funding, facilities and infrastructure, information technology, and collaboration.

Each strategic goal is pursued through a series of programs that are further detailed annually into measurable activities with clear targets and indicators, formulated and established in the annual operational plan (Renop). Results from self-evaluation indicate that the implementation of the Study Program remains aligned with and within the framework of achieving its vision and mission.

The acceleration of vision and mission achievement is carried out by leveraging all available strengths, optimizing opportunities, and anticipating challenges to meet the required standards of the vision and mission, namely the Indonesian Doctor Competency Standards (SKDI) and the National Standards for Higher Education (SN-Dikti).
